Refund Policy

At Brainrot Yacht Club, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection — please double-check our size guide before ordering.

We will replace or fully refund your order if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• Your item is misprinted 
• Your order is lost in transit

To request a replacement or refund, contact us at hello@brainrotyachtclub.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right, no hassle.

All claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
